Ingredients for 4 Servings

  • 8
    eggs
  • 8
    brown sliced bread
  • 8 tbsp
    butter
  • to taste
    chile flakes
  • to taste
    oregano
  • to taste
    salt

Method

  1. Use a great shaped cookie cutter, cut the centre of each of the bread slices

  2. Heat 1 tbsp of butter on the pan and place the sliced bread on it, flip each side till they are brown

  3. Slowly break the egg where the heart cut is then cover it wit a pan lid for 3 to 4 minutes check the egg if it is cooked

  4. Slide it onto a plate and then repeat the same process with the other bread

  5. Lastly season it with the salt and chile pepper
