Whisk eggs, water, salt, and pepper
Coat the pan with butter, margarine, or cooking spray over medium heat
Pour the egg mixture and as it sets around the edges of the pan, use a spatula and gently push the cooked portions toward the center of the pan.
Tilt and rotate the pan to allow the uncooked eggs flow to the empty spaces
When the eggs are just about set, cover half the omelette with desired filling.
Fold over the filled side.
Allow to cook for a minute the slide it onto the serving plate
