Preheat oven to 425. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in large mixing bowl.
Using a fork or your fingers crumble butter finely into dry ingredients. Add dried fruit.
Make a well in the center and add milk, mixing until just combined. The mixture will look a bit crumbly. Knead briefly to form dough.
Pat dough into ¾ -inch thick circle. Cut into 8 wedges (like a pizza)
Place wedges on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
