Ingredients for 8 Servings

    15 oz cans black beans, rinsed
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 8
    hard taco shells or tortillas
  • 3/4 c
    mexican shredded cheese

Method

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Mash half of the beans, cumin, and garlic powder. Fill each taco shell or tortilla with about ⅓ cup of the bean mixture, then top with cheese

  3. Place the tacos on a baking sheet and bake until warmed through, 10-12 minutes
