Ingredients for 4-6 Servings

  • 3/4 lb
    pasta
  • 3 c
    any cheese
  • 4 oz
    butter
  • 4 oz
    flour
  • 2 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

Method

  1. Start by boiling your water and putting in your uncooked pasta and letting it cook till al dente.

  2. Start by melting your butter into a saute pan on medium heat, then adding your flour and mix until it creates a wet sand texture. And let cook for 1-2 minutes.

  3. In a separate pot, transfer the butter and flour mixture (roux) and start adding your milk until combined and continue to mix until the mixture becomes thick.

  4. Then add in your cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and mix in your milk mixture until homogenesis.

  5. To finish it off you will add your drained, cook pasta into the béchamel sauce and fold the pasta in until combined. Then you are ready to serve.
