Ingredients for 4 Servings

  • 1 lb
    chicken breasts /4 chicken breasts (without bone/skin)
  • 1/3 c
    oil (vegetable/olive)
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

    5 minutes
  • Cooking Time
    15 minutes

Method

  1. Pound the chicken to ½ inch thickness for even cooking

  2. To add flavor/tenderize the chicken, marinate for 30 minutes

  3. Place on a grill and flip to cook on each side for 7-8 minutes

  4. Rest chicken for 3-5 minutes before cutting to prevent dry chicken
