Preheat the oven at 425 degrees and lightly oil a 9x13 baking dish or coat it with non sticky spray so it doesn’t stick.
In a bowl mix the melted butter and lemon juice,garlic and lemon zest;set it aside.
Season the tilapia with the salt and pepper,then place it on the prepared baking dish then drizzle the butter mix.
Bake it until the fish is flaky use a fork to check it will take about 10 to 12 minutes.
You can serve it immediately and put parsly if you want
