Add olive oil.and butter in a pan, once butter is melted add minced garlic to the pan to saute (for the garlic bread)
lay out your 4 rolls on a pan with parchment paper while your oven is preheated to 350 degrees.
In another hot saute pan, add your sausage in to cook and /brown. Once it’s done, do not drain the excess fat (your veggies will cook in the fat).
At this point, your broccoli, and tomatoes should be cut up and ready to be put in the pan after the sausage is done. First, your onions, should be put in the pan to get tender (onions should become translucent), and then add the mushrooms, once golden add the garlic, . The rest of your veggies should be put in. These veggies should cook until they are tender/soft. Add some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Once your oven is heated and your separate pan with the garlic and olive oil is hot, brush that mix on all of your rolls. You can add some parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper on to the slices also. These should be in the oven for about 10 minutes more until golden.
Once everything is done, including the bread, assemble your rolls with the veggies and sausage and put your choice of cheese on top. You can put it back in the oven for 2 minutes to melt.
