Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp, vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp, butter
  • 1 lb, skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 c, hot sauce
  • 4, flour tortillas
  • 2 c, shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c, blue cheese dressing
Method:
  • Heat the vegetable oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan; cook and stir until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes.

  • Remove the pan from the heat. Pour the hot sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat.

  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top the chicken with lettuce,and blue cheese dressing. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll the wrap burrito-style.

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 c, canned chicken
  • 8, slices of toasted bread
  • 1 c, mayonnaise
  • 1-2, sticks of celery
  • splash, lemon juice
  • pinch, salt and pepper
  • 1, green onion
  • 1 tsp, dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp, olive oil
Method:
  • Put Chicken, Mayonnaise, Celery, lemon juice, green onion and Mustard in a bowl and mix until the mixture is completely combined.

  • Next add salt and pepper for taste.

  • Finally toast your bread.

  • Add lettuce and tomatoes to your sandwich.
