Ingredients for 4 Servings

  • 3-4 c
    canned chicken
  • 8
    slices of toasted bread
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1-2
    sticks of celery
  • splash
    lemon juice
  • pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1
    green onion
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp
    olive oil

Method

  1. Put Chicken, Mayonnaise, Celery, lemon juice, green onion and Mustard in a bowl and mix until the mixture is completely combined.

  2. Next add salt and pepper for taste.

  3. Finally toast your bread.

  4. Add lettuce and tomatoes to your sandwich.
