Ingredients for 10-12 Servings

  • 1 lb
    elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 c
    red onion - chopped
  • 2 ribs
    celery - chopped
  • 1 12-oz
    can of tuna
  • 1 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 12-oz
    can of corn
  • to taste
    salt and pepper

    10 min

Method

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain again and add to a large bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.

  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made a day in advance.
