Ingredients for 4 Servings

  • 5 c
    water
  • 1
    can of canned tomatoes (28oz)
  • to taste
    sprinkle of garlic powder
  • to taste
    sprinkle of onion powder
  • to taste
    salt & pepper
  • 1 c
    dried lentils

Method

  1. In a large pot, combine lentils, water, and canned tomatoes. Cook over low to medium heat for 30 minutes.

  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
